Bee Labyrinth

A Labyrinth is an ancient greek symbol dating back approximately 4000 years or more. The labyrinth is a sacred tool that was used in meditation and prayer and is still used today. 

The Awe & Wonder Bee Labyrinth is a great tool for promoting mindfulness and learning how to self calm. Labyrinths promote fine motor development, eye hand coordination, concentration and visual tracking. They are excellent in helping busy minds to self calm and regulate.

Our bee labyrinth is an open ended resource that along with supporting mindfulness can also be used in conjunction with felt balls or marbles to make it ideal for patterning and enhancing early numeracy skills. It could be bundled together with some of our other bee products to create an interest and investigation area on bees or used as a visual prop for storytelling.
