Handmade Flower Press & Recycled Cardboard

Nature play at its finest!

This hand made, wooden, multi layer flower press makes the traditional craft of flower pressing an easier way of preserving the beautiful colours and shapes of the natural environment around us.

With this child friendly press children will be able to place species of flowers, herbs or grasses in the press between the recycled cardboard and timber rounds, once the species are in place the press is put back together by tightening the wingnuts, the press and flowers are then left to do their thing.  

This resource invites children to explore and connect with the natural world around them while engaging in nature and sustainability. This experience also provokes creativity, science, technology and fine motor skills.
